Custom mobile apps

We build iOS and Android applications, backend, administration tools, analytics, and release preparation around the first useful product scope.

Custom web applications

We build SaaS products, portals, marketplaces, business platforms, and web services with custom workflows and integrations.

CRM and internal software

We build custom CRM and internal tools around your roles, data, and workflows when packaged software creates too many workarounds.

Business process automation

We review repetitive work, connect existing systems, and create governed workflows with monitoring, exception handling, and clear handover.

Custom HR software

We design hiring workflows, candidate tracking, onboarding, roles, and reporting while keeping employment decisions with responsible people.

Sales workflow systems

We connect lead capture, pipeline, follow-ups, and analytics in one measurable system without claims the available data cannot support.

Remote collaboration across time zones

ZeroBlack does not claim a physical Los Angeles office. Meetings, prototypes, demonstrations, and approvals happen online with documented decisions and milestone outcomes.

Ownership and handover

After payment, the client receives the source code, repository, infrastructure, access, and documentation. Ongoing support is optional and scoped separately.

Questions before the start

Are you based in Los Angeles?

We do not claim a physical Los Angeles office. We work remotely with US teams and agree on practical communication windows before the engagement begins.

How does delivery work across time zones?

Calls are scheduled in agreed overlap windows, decisions and questions are documented, and progress is demonstrated through prototypes and working releases.

Can we start with discovery and a prototype?

Yes. This validates the key workflow, defines the first-release boundary, and supports a reasoned estimate before full production.

How is a US project estimated?

We estimate after discovery based on platforms, roles, integrations, migration, and release requirements. We do not publish an invented dollar package before reviewing the actual scope.

Who owns the IP and source code?

After payment and completion of the agreed terms, the client receives the source code, repository, documentation, and access to the created infrastructure.
