Challenge

Make home-cleaning requests simple for customers while preserving operational control over service area, availability, schedule confirmation, and status changes.

Solution

We created a connected web/iOS journey with service catalog, ZIP validation, planning estimate, preferred-date selection, account area, and support. The backend manages slots, bookings, cancellation, statuses, and notifications.

What we delivered

A live production service with customer booking, account management, and a native iOS client connected by one request model.
