CASE STUDY // AI / SALES / MARKETING

Pantheon

A unified workspace for an AI growth team spanning analytics, marketing, content, sales, and verifiable business outcomes.

REAL PRODUCT INTERFACES

The product in action

Challenge

Connect fragmented AI tools, CRM, content, email, and analytics into a safe workflow where agent activity cannot be mistaken for measurable business outcomes and company data remains isolated.

Solution

We designed one application with Growth Analyst, Product Analyst, Marketing, Content, Sales, Customer Success, and Manager roles, adding versioned knowledge, human review, approval gates, an action ledger, queues, state recovery, and adapters for Twenty, SMTP, WordPress, Matomo, and CSV/JSON.

What we delivered

A local product now provides company isolation, work boards, tasks, CRM data, experiments, metrics, and reviewable drafts. Paperclip + Hermes was selected for the internal pilot, while Twenty, WordPress, and Matomo integrations were verified with synthetic data without presenting laboratory evidence as a production SaaS release.
