The product in action
Challenge
Connect the first clinic visit, assessment, and day-to-day client support. The experience had to remain consistent across the website and native apps without compromising the security expected from a healthcare product.
Solution
We built one product ecosystem with a web/PWA platform, separate native iOS and Android apps, and SmartBody integration. Authentication, profiles, weight tracking, feed, content, chat, files, and notifications share aligned backend contracts.
What we delivered
A live production website and dedicated native clients with offline caches, durable operation queues, background jobs, and a prepared push infrastructure.
