Affordable Appliance Care
A redesign and 51-page digital system for a Los Angeles appliance-repair company, spanning SEO content, customer intake, and staff operations.
REAL PRODUCT INTERFACES
The product in action

Challenge
Modernize a mature website without losing active URLs, content, search history, or historical inquiries. At the same time, the customer journey had to become clearer and website requests had to enter the company’s shared system safely without touching other businesses’ data.
Solution
We designed a responsive React website with server-prepared SEO pages, dedicated journeys for homeowners and property managers, structured customer intake, and a protected staff workspace. The migration preserves 42 existing URLs, archives 11 historical inquiries, and adds company-scoped access, rate limits, idempotency, and terms-revision control.
What we delivered
The new release delivers 51 SEO/OG pages, nine services, 23 service areas, a blog, structured intake, content management, and an operations workspace. The protected preview reached a lab PageSpeed score of 98 on mobile and 100 on desktop; the main domain still serves the previous production version until the final switch.
